home & space organizing
moving & relocation support
HOW IT WORKS
initial
connection
We’ll start with a complimentary consultation call or an in-person walkthrough, depending on what feels best for you. This is where we’ll talk through your goals, your timeline, and what kind of support would feel most helpful.
collaborative
sessions
From there, we’ll work together in a way that fits your space, your season, and your needs. Some clients need just one focused session. Others need support over time or across multiple spaces.
support
that lasts
As we go, we’ll shape systems that feel realistic for your daily life. I can also assist with donation drop-offs, organizing products, and making thoughtful adjustments so the shifts we make feel sustainable beyond our collaboration.

A LA CARTE
Maybe you’ve worked with a professional organizer before, or maybe editing and organizing usually come naturally to you, but this season feels heavier and harder to manage on your own. These mini seshes are for exactly that. The Edit and The Refresh offer focused support that can still create a meaningful space shift.
-
A focused session for sorting, categorizing, and editing out what no longer serves you. This is a great fit if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by volume, or ready to make decisions with support by your side. Whether it’s clothing, paperwork, kitchen goods, or another area that’s built up over time, The Edit helps create space by letting go with more clarity and less pressure.
-
The Refresh is for the space that already has a foundation, but no longer feels as supportive as it once did. Maybe your systems need updating, your organizing product needs rethinking, or the space just wants a little recalibrating. This offering is a great fit for closet touch-ups, light reworks, and smaller shifts that can still make daily life feel noticeably easier.

“Claire has taught me strategies to keep my space organized”
“Claire is an absolute light in this world. She has helped me with preparing for moves, organizing after moving, editing my wardrobe, selling clothes, taking donations to various places around Seattle - all with a smile on her face. But most importantly, Claire has taught me strategies to keep my space organized. After a few sessions with her you are inspired and motivated to keep up with how she left it. I cannot recommend Claire enough.”
– OLIVIA MARLER (SHE/HER)
If someone in your life is going through a transition, craving more support at home, or would simply love a thoughtful space shift, Get Clairefied gift cards are available by request.

Simply put: all kinds of spaces. Over the past decade of supporting clients I have edited & organized attics, garages, studio apartments, multi-level homes, closets, nurseries...I've even been brought on in a project manager role for multiple clients' moves + home renovations. There's no space too big / too small / no area too "far gone" to Clairefy.
-
The short answer: please don’t! The desire to tidy and clean up before I arrive may arise. Please acknowledge those drives, but don’t give into them. It’s most helpful if I see your home space as it is. The organizing “pain points,” the piles that tend to gather, the items that accumulate - that’s all valuable information for us to gather together in order to create new systems and spaces that function for you.

Typically a session is 4 hours. Especially an initial editing session. But unlike other professional organizers, I don’t have a time minimum. Editing, organizing and the overall process of releasing can take a lot of energy (emotional and physical). I deeply honor that and understand that sometimes my clients need to pause vs pushing through. When we’re initially scheduling I reserve a 4 hour timeframe, and as we schedule follow-up sessions those timeframes are more customizable. I’ve even scheduled 8 hour sessions with clients when they’ve been in the middle of moving…it’s very situation dependent.

Absolutely! As a neurospicy babe myself, I know firsthand that some of the mainstream organizing tips and suggestions aren’t adapted or accommodating for neurodivergence. I offer a range of solutions and I’m passionate about meeting clients where they’re at vs making them feel like they need to adopt a “one size fits all” (that doesn’t really exist).

I do! Prior to the pandemic, I’d only worked with a few clients virtually, but as 2020 had us inside and in our home spaces more than ever before (for many), I was able to support many of my clients virtually with edits, co-creating new organizing systems, and building new habits around organizing. Virtual options are fantastic for clients that are located outside of the PNW, hesitate to have an organizer in their home space, are seeking continued (monthly/quarterly) organizing support, and/or need a more budget-friendly organizing option.

My current hourly rate is $150/hour. I have also worked with clients to create a package/overall project rate. Accessibility to this work is deeply important to me! If my rate is outside of your budget, still reach out, as I continue to offer a sliding scale, and also some clients have generously donated their clothing items for me to sell so that I can put those funds toward future sessions for clients.

I often schedule out for the "season," ie 2-3 months in advance, but as we well know, moves, renovations, life shifts, and overwhelm can (and often do) come up unexpectedly. Don't hesitate to reach out for support! Even if it feels last-minute to you, we can often get you scheduled, or at least connect you with other resources to support you.
